i wanted to start my own weigh in thread since most groups are closed. im going to hold this thread for three months that should give us some time to lose the weight. i am 19 years old with a daughter and i weigh 180 im 5'10" and i used to weigh 130. i want to get to atleast 140 so  thats 40lbs. im hoping i can lose it by nov. my birthday! what do you guys say? wanna join and lose the weight together? just post your stats and we will take it from there.

 

weigh ins will be on every fri. if thats ok with everyone. that way you can weigh in before the weekend.

aug15====175lbs. OUR FIRST WEEK AND AS A GROUP WE HAVE LOST 23.3LBS!!!!!! WAY TO GO PEOPLE!

I'm glad to see more are joining. i will not be closing this thread seeing as how as long as you come in before nov. you'll be able to lose some kind of weight. its great we have so many people so far we have 27! thats awesome and best of luck!

Count me in!  I want to lose 20 pounds by my Birthday, October 30... If I lose about a pound and a half a week I should be close! I'm 5'4" and would Ideally love to be between 125 - 130lbs.

Hello everyone....I have just joined Caloriecount today, with hopes of shedding pounds for a November trip to Florida. (the shock of picturing myself wearing a bikini in public has forced me into action) This thread is perfect timing!

About me:

Single mum - 41 years old - 5' 7" - 174 lbs (the largest I've ever been in my life...and I thought I was fat at 140!!!!...now, it's my greatest wish) I have a pretty hectic work schedule which leaves me very little time for eating right and exercise, but today, I am making a commitment to myself to make changes (...which brought me here)

My starting measurements: Bust 40 ~ Waist 37 ~ Hips 43

Aug 22nd: I have been walking 4 miles, 5 days per week over the last couple of weeks and although I haven't lost any weight this past week, I feel lighter. I have more energy, and I feel firmer.

My goal: 140 lbs (34 lbs to go!)

This is perfect, my birthday is November 12 and I want to lose 7kgs / 15.4 pounds by then so count me in!  I also want to be running 5ks / 3 miles by that time so I'm going to add that stat into my weigh ins as well.
