so yea im trying to gain a few pounds, recovering from ed isnt so easy ,but i want to do it in a healthy way and not just gain a bunch of un shapely fat deposits on my thighs..
so i just forced myself to eat more even though i wasnt hungry..and i still only ended up eating 1,775 calories today ...
someone told me id need to eat around 4,000 to gain weight but it just seems like id be eating all day long,or eating un healthy high calorie foods.
healthy fats are so good for you at this point. They're calorie dense, without making you feel stuffed so they should help you meet your calorie requirements. Try avocados, nuts, nut butters, whole milk dairy products, etc |
yea ill try that out |
You're trying and that's the most important part. Maybe even just eating 1700 calories for a whole week will make a difference. And from there, you can gradually increase it to 1800, 1900 calories and so forth. Girlfighting is right. Avocados and almonds or any nuts are calorie dense but still really healthy. Keep trying girl. You'll be fine and I think your thighs will be fine. Take care. |
