Well its been a while and I need to get back on track with my health.  Im shooting for 20lbs and Im gonna make sure I focus on my target.  Hard work definitely pays off and im willing to do all the work I can.  Im pushing for cardio at least 4x a wk with aerobic and weights 3x a wk.
