Today is my first day back at CC. I have started back at the gym about 3 weeks ago and I have not made any progress. I am hoping that by joining Monday weigh ins I will be more accountable for where I am at.
The first day back has gone very well. I am eating right and I am currently trying to not give into the midday snack of junk food. I am going for a south beach protein bar. This shouldn't sabbatoge me to bad and hopefully keep me full until dinner time.
