161.6 Wow I hope this continues. [Edit: don't know how one loses 7 lbs in 5 days tho, can't all be fat loss. Between last weeks sodium and airplane flight I know there was some fluid involved but can't explain all of it. Time will tell.] Could all the fun of Thanksgiving helped me break this set point? I don't want to get to excited yet, not until I stay below 163 for a week! But its hard not to! Woo Hoo! First time under 162 since Oct 1979!
Nice lunch time workout yesterday. Busy night. All the goodies arrived. Crocs which we are returning. E's didn't fit and we didn't like mine, so I am exchanging for a different color in a pair I have. The hard drive, slide converter and my 4 gb Sansa Clip arrived and on top of that I got home very late. Haircut appt was delayed by previous customer running long.

Had a nice workout at new gym at work. Last gym workout b4 Sunday race. Started with 2 modified Sun Salutations, I add 10 push-ups and half plank to the plank pose, and chair pose between last fold and back bend. Then did 15 on C2 Rower - loss of natural "cushion" made it painful so I switched to 15 cardio on Elliptical. Did HIIT on the C2. It used to raise hr to 110/115 but not anymore. Didn't break 100! I guess all the running has improved conditioning. There's been no change in meds. I finished with another Sun, and floor stretches. With the long walk from the car had about 65 minutes total of exercise.
Looking forward to Shabbat dinner tonight. Its been a few weeks, and although we eat late, its relaxing and fun. Oh, forgot to mention. Yesterday's lunchtime trainer said I was looking even thinner than b4 the holiday! I love it, the comments are so encouraging.
