Happy Thought/Event of the Day: I'm down to 161 (77 pounds gone). I'm almost nervous to start exercising again because apparently my body is so thrilled to not be exercising that it's dropping weight like there's no tomorrow. I have lost nearly 10 pounds this month by being lazy. (It is pretty much making me lose my motivation for exercise - not good!)

I kept light running around, but since improving overall health is the main goal, it's not really that tempting. I'll be adding things slowing to get back to where I was. Next week, is the lifting! |
