Hi, my name is Lea and all I'm trying to do is get my body ready for summer. I've always been a short girl but not always a tiny girl. My weight has fluctuated my entire life. I was pretty chubby til 7th grade, when I went through puberty and lost baby fat. I didn't really know how to eat though and I never played sports. So right on through about sophmore year I steadily gained weight until I decided to do something about my unhealthy lifestyle.
I went from 138 to 115, which is a lot for a growing girl. I'm only 4'11" and I'm just trying to lose those last 10 or so pounds to get my body to a point where I'll be truly comfortable. I've been plateaued about a year and it's time to try something new. So instead of just guesstimating, I'm counting my calories. I want to get down to 105 by the time summer comes. For a closer goal, I want to be 110 by prom, which is on June 7th.
