| Bio | HI Everyone! My name is Pam and I'm here to try to lose this awful weight that I've put on over the years. It's hard to believe that I once wore bikinis and halter tops, but those days are certainly over now! It was bad enough that I never lost the weight from my last child (now 21) and have added to it over the years, but I quit smoking six months ago and put on an additional 30 pounds. Now obviously I'm glad to be free of the cigarettes, but the weight problem was compounded by that. I'm looking for a way to lose some of this extra weight and I would love to find friends to help me along the way and that I could help as well!
